Planning meeting for ILC-Americas TDR-related activities in FY08-09. The ILC-Americas WBS managers will make a proposal for the goals and scope of work of the Americas region accelerator design, component/subsystem engineering, R&D effort, and required infrastructure and test facilities, for the period FY08-09. The talks should be planned to use at most 60% of the alloted time, with the remainder reserved for discussion.
