If you do not yet have a login, you will need to register yourself by selecting 'register' from the menu at the top of the page, and filling in the necessary form, according to their guidelines (the main 'community' for VRVS is 'universe' so you should normally select this community. Once you are registered, you can try loging in again. Once you are logged in (and you may have to 'allow the pop-ups from this site', if you have trouble entering) you should select 'enter' from the vertical menu on the left of the page. Now there should be a Window appearing which displays all of the video conference rooms currently booked. Your meeting should appear in the list, so you should select it (if a password has been set, you will need to enter it). Check your client set-up. It should be set to MBONE (ideally). You should then select 'connect MBONE tools' from the 'Main' tab. (You may have to install MBONE if you do not yet have it installed). You should now be able to follow the meeting.
