Dear Andrea and Philip,

In this fiscal year (JFY2007), we succeeded to get a travel money (1.1Myen) from KEK in the AIL collaboration on " A_RD_2 : Collaboration on the ATF2 project at KEK and on the ILC Machine Detector Interface ".

We would like to plan our visit to you in France as the ATF2-IN2P3-KEK kick-Off meeting, October 2006 ( http://lappweb.in2p3.fr/~jeremie/ATF2oct2006 ).

Possible agenda is listed as;
 1. FD stable support system
 2. New laser-optics of Shintake monitor and the rigid support
 3. Monalisa system  ( if D.Urner can participate )
 4. Beam tuning studies,  including "abnormal emittance growth"
 5. MDI issues; background estimation by BDSIM etc. 
 6.  IPBPM and Honda monitor
Also, we would like to observe a test of FD table with QC3 and sextupole magnets at LAPP, if possible. 

The dates should be optimized the above subjects and our convenience. Particularly, we are interested in possibility of QC3, sextupoles shipment from SLAC before October 2007.   If possible, the preferable dates will be the third week of October, i.e. 15th - 19th October 2007 which is after the ILC school and before the ATF operation and ALCPG07.

At the ATF2 weekly meeting, 20th July ( http://atf.kek.jp/collab/md/projects/project_frame.php?project_page=2), we would like to discuss on this issue.
