84th ATF2 and commissioning meeting

1. Present summary of EOIs for the software projects, Shigeru KURODA (KEK)

In the updated list, black ones have been already signed and red ones are new ones which are ;
- CI extraction tuning, beam line modeling, IP-tuning
- S.Molloy - beamline modeling and the measurement and correction of the dispersion in the extraction line
- LAPP - BBA
- CERN - final IP spot size tuning
- Tokyo - IP spot size tuning
- LAL ( IHEP) - IP spot size tuning, EXT diagnostics
We would like to go to next step to decide leaders in each project.
Institutional leaders are asked for nominating candidates of the leaders. We will decide them in next ATF2 weekly meeting, 16 July.
Software leaders of commissioning hardwares such as movers and QBPMs are uniquely assigned to Janice (SLAC ) and Stewart (RHUL), respectively.

- Q : Who is responsible for the hardwares ?
- A : Hardware and software issues will be separately classified in the table.
- C : There are high level and low level softwares
- Q : Yes, low level ones directly talk to the hardware, i.e. that is the hardware issue.
- C : Also there is server system for the low level ones.
We would like to ask you for how many computers, storage, connection are needed, i.e. what infrastructure is needed ?
