"Present summary of EOIs for the software projects"

Kuroda-san updated the ATF2 software task lists. In the discussion, we decided the task lists should be separated to the tuning software and hardware related software. Furthermore, we decided that the leader for each software task should be nominated until next ATF2 weekly meeting by each institute, and we will decide the task leader in next week ATF2 weekly meeting.

"Commissioning strategy and plan"

Since the beam operation time in this year is limited, and we must concentrate to pass the radiation inspection, we had agreement that the most of ATF2 beam commissioning will be started from early next year, and the priority of the ATF operation in this year is to make the stable small radiation condition, and to develop the hardware devices for ATF2 (magnet PSs, magnet movers and cavity BPMs).

Since the most of the commissioning task is overlapped to the software task, we decided that the tuning software task is not only software development, but also beam tuning itself with the software.

The next commissioning meeting will be held on the July 30th, and we will discuss the theme of the next commissioning meeting in the ATF2 weekly meeting on July 16th.
