K.Kubo showed a few questions on coupler wakes, which were answered in following presentation.
A.Latina reported summary of Coupler RF kicks and Wakes, with corrections of his previous report.
1, Coupler wake is much smaller in Main Linac than that was reported in previous talk.
The calculation of wakes and simulation results are basically consistent with D.Krueker's report.
The source of a little difference in wakes they use is understood.
2, Coupler wakes do not have a significant effect in Bunch Compressors, as in previous report.
3, Coupler RF kick of "old" configuration is small and does not have a significant effect both in ML and BC.
4, Coupler RF kick of "new" configuration (for reducing wakes) is large and may increses emittance.
Since wakes of "old" configuration will be acceptable, "new" one will not be necessary.
As conclusion, Coupler kicks (RF and Wake) of "old" configuration will not be problem in Main Linac and Bunch Compressors.
D.Schulte reported summary of ILC-CLIC collaboration phone meeting last week.
Plans of CLIC workshop in October and ILC workshop in November.
Suggestions of several presentations in both workshops.
(Any other suggestions will be welcome.)
We will make collaboration plans in the workshops.
