- are people happy with the new scheme of suspending the inner detector from the TPC - can the subdetectors live with the impact this has? - can VTX live with a patch panel to disconnect cables when opening the detector (I think this is a real problem, to be honest) - Suspending the inner vertex from the TPC might entail significant changes to the TPC mechanical concept. Is this acceptable? - it would be nice to clarify more the position (in z ) of the ETD, the Silicon endcap tracker. Do we know how to integrate this into the detector - Yesterday an octagonal TPC was shown again. I think we should stick to a round one. We do not really knwo how to build an octagonal fieldcage, and presumably this would mean significant more material than a round one. Therefore the baseline should be round (as was decided in Cambridge) - With the new opening scheme, introducing beam monitoring systems into the IP will be more difficult. Are things like Shintake monitors still discussed? - We should raise the question of cooling: do we have a "rule" for cooling? Do we expect that every system cools all heat away on its own, or are we thinking in the direction of interated cooling for groups of systems (e.g.t he inner detectors) - on a  number of occasision yesterday I heard "active suspension" discussed. How do we feel about this? Is there a way to avoid this? - apparently the space between calo barrel and endcap is rather critical. How do we arrive at a more realistic estimate? - yesterday we learned that teh coil will be thicker by 0.5 lambda. Is this a problem? What does this imply for the tailcatcher function of the muon?
