Dear all,

As mentioned in the ATF2 project meeting, we will discuss about the ATF2 milestones and 
short term schedules (Jan.-Feb.2009) at 1/7/2009.
Please give me all comments or suggestions by 5th January.

1) The milestones for the ATF2
    Please give me the comments for the tentative milestones, 
    which are presented by Andrei in the ATF2 project meeting.

2) The short term schedule
  2-1) Please send the general comments for the short term schedules 
       (How to fix the schedule?, organization?, and so on.)
  2-2) I presented the tentative schedule list in the ATF2 project 
       meeting, I think lots of study items are not listed yet. 
       If you have the study items, which should be listed, 
       please tell me.

3) Schedules or plan for each beam study group leader
  3-1) If you already fixed the travel schedules or if you have some 
       plan to visit to KEK for some ATF2 study, please tell me.
  3-2) If you use some hardware ( beam monitor, QK2X �c ) for your 
       study, please tell me which beam devices are necessary
       for your beam study.
    i.e.) Non-mover BBA is necessary the stripline BPMs in EXT.
 
4) For the representative of the following hardware. Please tell me
   when your hardware devices will be ready for the beam tuning.
 
   Stripline BPM 
    - We will calibrate the BPM readout electronics
      in this winter shutdown.
    - The monitor will be ready at the beginning of February 2009.

   C-band Cavity BPM
    - at the end of February 2009 ???

   S-band Cavity BPM
    - at the end of February 2009 ???

   Extraction line wire scanners
    - Hardware of 3 wire scanners (MW1X, MW3X, MW4X) are ready.
    - We will try to repair the MW0X and MW2X in this winter shutdown.
    - We need one shift to identify which wire is X, Y, U, �c with beam.

   Post IP wire scanner and carbon wire scanner
    - We must check to hardware range and integrate 
      to operation software for safety.
    - Since we did not find the signal yet, we need several shifts to
      find the signal and identify which wire is X, Y, U, �c with beam.

   IP-BSM
    - from April or October ???

   QS2X
    - The device will be ready at the beginning of February 2009.

   QK2X, QK3X
    - The devices will be ready at the beginning of October 2009.

If you have some other devices for beam commissioning, please tell me.
