      • 15:30
Progress of Shintake monitor work 20m
Speakers: Mr Masahiro OROKU (Tokyo Univ.), Mr Takashi Yamanaka (The University of Tokyo)
        Slides
Participants: Tauchi, Terunuma, Okugi, Kuroda, Kubo, Toge, Kamiya, Oroku, Yamanaka Time: 16:00(JST)~ * Collimator Layout - There's no problem with that design. - It may be better to add movable lead shield. * Cherenkov Detector - There are errors in the report at last week. - The Compton signal resolution becomes the best when the lead conver thickness is about 2.5 mm. - The cosmica ray signal was observed with newly fabricated Cherenkov Detector, however there ware large amout of noize. * Phase Stability - The phase stability measurement was performed to check MONALISA's influence to the optics of the Shintake Moitor. * For the Autumn Beam Run - need to make a simulation during the beam time - should prepare wire scanner at the IP (10 um vertical metal wire) - If two BPMs are prepared around IP, it may be farely easy to align the beam angle for the detector for the Shintake monitor.
