By "agenda" I take it that you mean the agenda for tonight's (my time) webex. 
It will have to be something like -

1. Schedule 

   - Everyone should strive to submit updated drafts by the end
     of Nov.20.

   - short reminder of the schedule for the activities toward
     completion of the rebaselining prop doc (Toge/Ross) 


2. Open Issue 1 - ML length

   - We clarify and resolve the ML length issue since this past
     Monday for report writing

   - PM has to give the instructions.

3. Open Issue 2, 3, ... If any

4. DESY Meeting

   - Main agenda includes
     (1) one more triage of all sections.
     (2) fixes as per (1)
     (3) preparation for AAP

   - We cover the parcicipants list here.
