ATF2 kick-off meeting of two task forces

kick-off meeting for starting following two task forces toward achievement of 37nm beam size by end of this year, i.e. December 2010 ; 1. IP Beam Size Tuning co-chairs : T.Okugi and G.White Corresponding working group exists, so it will be reorganized. a) focus on integrated effort to achieve the 37 nm beam size b) prepare low beta operation 2. Stability Study in ATF/ATF2 co-chairs : K.Kubo and S.Boogert Δy/σ*y = 30 % and 5 % for the first and second goals a) disentangle energy, position and angle jitters b) isolate different sources of noise, e.g. kickers, skew quads ( couple x noise into y), magnet motions, multibunch effects in DR etc.
