Main issues are identified: 
 - documentation, which is work in progress

- ilcsoft installation still problematic; temporary solution:
	minimal installation configuration files will be provided

open questions/next topics:
	 - next meeting unclear (scheduling problems)
 	 - central (or at least organised) data management/overview ~grid
