- IMPORTANT DATES:
- On-line registration opening. July 10th
- Early on-line registration deadline: September 23rd
- End of on-line registration: October 18th at 9:00 a.m.
- Early on-site registration starts on Sunday October 22nd at 1 p.m. in the main Hall of the CIARUS Hostel (see practical informations to reach it) and lasts until 8 p.m.
- On-site registration at Convention Center starts on Monday 23rd at 8 a.m.
- REGISTRATION FEES: Please notice that the following items are included in the registration fees:
- a lunch box from Monday to Thursday (Friday on request on site),
- the welcome reception at the Convention Center,
- the conference dinner at the University Aula,
- pass-TRAM ticket for the week.
- HOTEL BOOKING: Please notice that the conference dates coincide with a general session of the European Parliament. These meetings tend to involve a substantial part of the 3,500 people directly or indirectly involved in the session. As a consequence, a large number of hotel rooms are getting booked several weeks before the session starts. YOU ARE THEREFORE INVITED TO URGE BOOKING YOUR HOTEL ROOM.
