ILD will organise one afternoon of ILD specific discussions on Friday, November 1, right after the end of the main LCWS meeting.
To know roughly how many people are expected to attend please register for this meeting in addition to the main conference. There will be no extra registration fee connected to this meeting.
On the evening of Thursday there will be an informal ILD dinner (selfpayer). Please indicate in the registration if you like to participate. The cost of the dinner including drinks will be around 4000 Yen. The location of the dinner is here. The dinner will start at 20:00 local time.
