Paper draft by Marcel Vos et al.

We would like to submit the paper in attachment to the arXiv and PLB for publication. It is a phenomenological study, but leans heavily on work performed by ILD. We think it is important to circulate the draft in ILD, to give people a chance to comment before we make the paper public.
