Minutes:

  • Chris is preparing the SiD primer (arXiv:2002.02399) for publication in EPJ; Chris is also running SiD_o2_v03 full simulations on UO hepilc cluster (see slides for list of samples)
  • Jan has provided (links to) more recent SiD renderings (attached)
  • Austin Prior (new UTA student) is getting up to speed and working with Andrew (Myers) on HCal simulations, and comparisons with the original CALICE test beam results (see slides)
  • Lucas (Braun) mentioned new results from studies using Quantum Neural Networks for tau tagging
  • Jim mentioned a new student at UO interested to start working on SiD
