Minutes (round the table):

  • LCWS 2021 - tentative dates March 15-19 - will be announced soon, Aidan in the org. committee
  • Jim: The JAHEP ILC Steering Panel has just made public a report, entitled "Recent Progress Towards the Realization of the ILC in Japan:Cooperative Efforts by Academia, Industry, and Local Region”, see http://jahep-ilc.org/files/ILC_JP_update_20210116_E.pdf

  • Jim: there are discussions regarding a workshop in Japan in October to discuss possible experiments for the ILC 

  • Aidan: new postdoc in Glasgow starting in Feb will work (for three months) exclusively on SiD simulations; Chris offered some names to collaborate on tracking and vertexing
