Minutes:

Marty: it looks like MEXT wants commitments before they would commit; however EU countries would not commit before a Japanese commitment to the pre-lab
Jim gave an update on his ECal MAPS simulations: resolution studies cont'd; cluster shape studies; reticle size. Still to improve clustering algorithm. Numerous suggestions & discussions.
Andy: communicated with CALICE and is looking into the parameters
Aidan: IDT physics group meeting tomorrow (2:00pm UK) might be of interest, see https://agenda.linearcollider.org/event/9218/
