    Abstract: We have performed a full simulation on three tracking configuration for ILC: a) Vertex Detector (SiD design) + ClouCou Drift Chamber, b) Vertex Detector (SiD version) + Si Tracker (SiD) + Forward racker (SiD), c) Vertex Detector (SiD version) + TPC (former 4th Concept design), Comparison study of the performance with single tracks and Physics events is presented in the talk.
