Design update and schedule of FD stabilization system
We would like to decide/update geometry of FD table, the test plan and the schedule for transportation of magnets (QD0,SD0, QF1 and SF1), s-band BPMs between SLAC, LAPP abd KEK, as we discussed at the ATF2 Annecy meeting.

Organization of the beam tests in this November and December.
Beam test plan;
(1) local bump v.s. emittance (EXT as well as DR)
(2) emittance at EXT
(3) beam halo and radiation from the beam dump
So, there are three groups. Experiment of (3) will be led by Shintake monitor group at University of Tokyo.

Installation of the SLAC OTR monitor just downstream of the septum lead shielding. The OTR would be very useful in observing any nonlinear effects from the septum on the beam.
There was some concern that there was not enough space to fit the OTR in its present size. I would like to propose that we fold the optics so that the OTR takes up less space.
