Minutes of Meeting of 22/4/10

The meeting was only poorly attended due to technical problems of people who wanted to join or other
meetings which took place in parallel.
The following points were discussed:
- AIDA: As the approved AIDA project will inject considerable resources into the testbeam efforts a short introduction to AIDA
will be given already in the executive summary. Allusions in the text to AIDA which were written during the application phase need to be revised in view of the recent approval. This holds in particular for the Si track, DAQ and software part but all other parts should include statements on AIDA if appropriate.
- Silicon tracking: A more precise statement on the needs in terms of rates will be included. In general Marcel, Ron and Tim will
revise the part for the final document.
- Authorship: It was suggested to include L. Linssen, C. Hast and E. Ramberg who have contributed parts to the document into the
authorlist.
- Time plan: Finalise draft until 29/4/30, Proof reading until 5/5/10, submission on 7/5/10
Submission procedure:
1) Submission as LC Note and to LC Management (Sakue, Marcel) to get "independent" feedback
2) After "approval" as LC Note and by LC Management submission as an arXiv paper and to site managers of
CERN, DESY, FNAL, SLAC, KEK (further suggestions?).
