AD&I Meeting: 10Hz operation at low Ecm

Meeting is dedicated to technical discussions on the outstanding issues pertaining to 8-10Hz rep. rate operation at beam energies below 150GeV. Note that only issues specifically related to the feasibility of 10Hz operation will be discussed at this meeting. Broader issues of luminosity expectation and related parameters will be dealt with in the next AD&I meeting scheduled for 23.07.2010.
