To clarify are we need to have goals for the hardware projects and how these projects help achieve goal 2. So given the state of the hardware development and achieving goal two Our work is essentially to prepare the hardware systems and ideas to be deployed during the 2011-2012 operations year. Also, the DR stability issue is included.

Electronics : Old nanoBPM and possibly new C-band electronics available
