Scientific Programme

This is the first Linear Collider Power Distribution and Pulsing workshop as the start of a long-term systematic and coherent R&D effort. This is meant to be a genuine workshop with introductory talks on ILC and CLIC detectors, their power consumption and requirements, status reports on power pulsing R&D and the design of custom electronics, with ample time for discussion between experts. One explicit goal of the workshop is also to draw on the power distribution experience gained from the SLHC detector R&D.
