Description
Compton polarimetry is an essential method to obtain sub - 1% accuracy in measuring the polarization
of the colliding beams. It is also necessary to investigate the beam depolarization effects. With
evolving technology and the availability of new detector concepts, several options for polarimeters
are possible. Here we explore novel detector options for Compton polarimetry that are suitable both
conceptually and technologically for the next generation linear colliders.
