The ILD detector concept group (www.ilcild.org) will hold a dedicated three day meeting in February 2018, to further develop the design of the ILD detector concept.
This meeting will be the next in a series of dedicated meetings to define and develop the ILD detector concept at the ILC. It will take place in Ishinoseki, in the northern part of Japan, about 2,5h by train from Tokyo, close to the proposed interaction region of the ILC.
The meeting will be mostly plenary, with talks on all major sub-systems, on physics studies, and on analysis tools. A special focus will be the ongoing re-optimization of the ILD detector concept.
To cover expenses we need to ask for a small registration fee of 7500 Yen (about 60 EUR). Please pay the registration fee in cash upon arrival at the venue, during the registration process.
