There is an excellent web page of the Ringberg Castle which provides all relevant information about the Castle, how to reach it, and the accommodation there.
There are 35 guest rooms with shower or bath and telephone; 10 of which are usable as double rooms. At full occupation 45 persons can be lodged. Working and dining rooms are prepared for conferences with at most 60 persons. Additional rooms can be booked in the hotels of Rottach-Egern and Kreuth and these external guests can take their meals at the castle.
The room rate is 60.00 € per night, payable at departure by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or EC-Cards.
Please note that we have the castle only from noon March 11 to noon March 13 (two nights). It is unfortunately not possible to book a room earlier or later than these days.
The conference fee is 180.00 € p.P., it includes the conference service, all meals and refreshments during the breaks. Ideally, the conference fee is paid by bank transfer to our bank account (Please mention HLL LC Vertex Workshop)
