The most convenient place to stay for the meeting is the CERN hostel. For those of you with a valid CERn registration we recommend that you book a room via the online booking system of the hostel available at http://hostel.cern.ch/.
In addition, a block booking for a few rooms has been made, primarily intended for those who cannot book a room themselves. These rooms are assigned on a first come first served basis, and have to be booked at least 31 days prior to your arrival. To book one of these rooms, please follow the instructions in the booking form.
