Attending: Amanda, Andy, Austin, Caterina, Chris, Christian, Dan, Dwayne, Jim, Marty

Minutes:

  • Chris gave an update on his Higgs to invisible studies: recap of the Feb 17 talk, full simulation with 'all SM' background; new inputs added.
  • Andy - UTA in contact with CALICE and reviewing HCal model parameters and calibration constants
  • Jim - continuing his MAPS studies; current resolution for e.g. a 10GeV EM shower of 5% could be halved with a MAPS design
  • Caterina - silicon detector expert from ATLAS, considering future contributions to SiD
  • Andy, Austin, Chris and Dan stayed on to discuss HCal model parameters and calibration constants - will have to look into notes from 2017-18; also questions about new Merlin functionality added by D. Jeans; will continue via email till next meeting
