Present: Jenny, Benno, Tom, Karsten, Yasuhiro

• Short discussion about whether or not to include push-pull into work program that should emerge from the topical meetings
  • Karsten pointed out that it's very much resource loaded. On the other hand the Pre-lab must be resource loaded since it should drive us to the eve of construction
  • At the end it may become a workpackage on its own
• Further discussion on how to deal with high level parameters such as crossing angle and maybe other items as L*
  • These items one have to be fixed early and once and forever in the very early phase of the Pre-lab 
  • Pre-lab may be preceded by higher level review that once more puts together why certain basic design parameters have been taken, w/o necessarily questioning them  
  • Afterwards the work program should assume the basic parameters as givens unless one finds real show stoppers
• Summary document actually should become a mixture of high level summary of topical meetings and definition of a work program 
  • Very preliminary work package structure defined on last slide of today's slides
    • ... and now hacked into overleaf document
  • Text should/could be tailored around the work package structure 
  • After a phase of digestion until, say, end of next week, Roman will assign authors to the sections
  • Of course at this point in time nothing is cast in stone
