Minutes:

Jim presented plots with the updated ECal driver where layer 0 is resized and repositioned correctly; consensus was reached to publish a new SiD model version, including this change and Chris' beam pipe
Chris presented the second draft of the LLP Snowmass white paper, and invited comments from everyone; note that this is another benchmark paper for use in detector optimization studies
Marty is working on a cost-saving solution for the coil geometry & materials, and waiting for expert input
