Minutes:

  • Bayley was looking at gammas close to the jet axis, using Z->qqbar simulated with SiD_o2_v03, to study the gamma resolution near the jet axis. The motivation is to study how MAPS could improve performance here.
  • Dan mentioned Chris D.'s proposal for UK-based R&D towards a linear collider (silicon pixel tracker) detector
  • Will discuss alternate date/time for next meeting(s) via email
