Thank you for your interest in LCWS2025. The in-person registration fee covers attendance at all workshop sessions, coffee breaks, a reception on Monday and the conference dinner on Thursday.
A registration fee of 380€ (470€ late fee) will be charged to participants attending the meeting in person. Acceptance of registrations for online participation may be considered in a later stage. In-person participation is strongly encouraged.
Zoom Registration A registration fee of € 100 is available for remote participation as listeners and accepted parallel talks. In-person speaker participation is strongly encouraged.
Early Career Researchers, particularly PhD candidates, are encouraged to apply for a waiver. Check the details in the last box of this form - DEADLINE THE 18th July CLOSED
A three-step procedure is set to complete the registraiton:
1) Indico registration.
2) Payment and registration in UV webpage: PAYMENT LINK
- 380€ fee for early registrations (16/05 - 31/08/2025)
- 470€ fee for late registration (01/09 - 08/10/2025)
- 100€ fee for remote registrations (23/07 - 17/10/2025)
3) Validation of your indico registration by the LCWS2025-LOC
Accompanying person fees (100euros) are also in place. More information in the PAYMENT LINK
Only online payments will be allowed (credit card or bank transfer).
NOTE: Authors of abstracts submitted before the Early Bird Fee deadline be eligible for the reduced registration fee if the abstract was accepted after the end of the Early Bird Fee period
