1 Summary of commissioning schedules and comments from colleagues

-Global and monthly milestones -necessary steps ( both hardware and software commissioning ) to achieve milestones -Detailed schedule by summer 2009 as much as possible -new QM7R installation and fast kicker installation/removement -commissioning Shintake monitor, BPMs, Carbon wire scanner -software tasks -re-alignment of beam lines ( BT and FF ) -DR emittance ( 24pm at least )
