From the following link, you could get the updated engineering designed HCAL Endcaps information at slide page6/7.

It is more realistic model in Mokka.
It is the same in ILD_o1_v05, too. And It is different from ILD00. The ILD00 use a simple model for the HCAL Endcaps as you know.
