The goal of this workshop is to review the status and advance the progress of the ILD software tools in order to prepare the next round of ILD detector optimization.

The first two days will be a software expert meeting with in-depth status report and technical discussions on all aspects of the core iLCSoft tools that will be used for ILD detector optimization. As these tools are shared by all linear collider detector working groups we explicitly welcome participation from CLICdp and SiD. A strong focus will be on the new DD4hep based simulation and reconstruction chain.

On Wednesday morning we will shift the focus from more technical software aspects to detector optimization, starting with general overview talks. On Thursday we will look into specific topics of detector optimization, such as tracking, particle-ID, PFA and detector layout. The Friday will be used to summarize, identify open issues and planning.

A workshop fee of 60.- EUR will be collected at the on-site registration in cash. It includes coffee breaks and a dinner, details will be announced.
