Fully Depleted CMOS Sensor Using Reverse Substrate Bias

Konstantin gave an update on his pinned-photodiode sensors. Development work has been funded by the UK Space Agency and has resulted in the production of prototypes using a high-resistivity epi. Tests with both front- and back-side illumination plus Fe-55 show the expected behaviour including full depletion at ~4V.
