The conference dinner will be held at Gaudi Restaurant in the city centre of Göttingen, on Thursday, March 30 at 18:30 (included in the conference fees). Gaudi restaurant is known for fine mediterranean cuisine.
A three course meal is planned. (Translation from German below)
Starter: cream of Jerusalem artichoke soup (with or without shrimps)
Main:
- French-style chicken breast in cream sauce with pan-fried cauliflower and scalloped potatoes (meat option), OR
- Grilled filet of hake frothed in white wine sauce with baby spinach and mashed potatoes (seafood option), OR
- Stuffed zucchini with wheat risotto in an olive-arugula sauce (vegetarian option)
Dessert: Mousse au chocolat with a selection of fruits
The restaurant is a short walk from the conference site and/or hotels near the city centre.
