Dear colleague,
We are excited to announce the LCWS 2025 International Workshop on Future Linear Colliders, taking place from October 20th to 24th, 2025, in the heart of Valencia old town, Spain! This workshop continues a rich tradition of exploring critical advancements in the physics, detectors, and accelerator technologies related to high-energy linear electron-positron colliders.
As we approach the conclusion of the third European Strategy for Particle Physics Update, this workshop presents a unique opportunity to engage with leading experts and contribute to the development of visionary plans that will significantly enhance our understanding of fundamental physics. The discussions will center around the capabilities of a linear collider to comprehensively map the Higgs boson's properties and illuminate potential physics beyond the Standard Model.
In-person attendance is highly encouraged to foster richer discussions and networking opportunities. We will also accommodate satellite meetings on Monday morning and Friday afternoon for any related events you may wish to organize.
Don't miss your chance to be part of this pivotal event! To register and secure your place, please follow the instructions in
https://agenda.linearcollider.org/event/LCWS-2025 (registration and abstract submission for parallel and poster sessions open on 16th May until the end of June)
We encourage PhD candidates and other ECRs to follow the procedure described in the indico page to apply for the fee waiver alternatives. All requests will be considered and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We look forward to welcoming you to Valencia for a dynamic exchange of ideas that will shape the future of particle physics!
Warm regards,
Daniel Esperante, Adrián Irles (for the Local Committee)
Patrick Koppenburg, Hiroshi Sakai, Caterina Vernieri, Marcel Vos (for the Program Committee)
