This is the third in the series of ILD workshops. The last one was held in Cambridge Sept. 11-13, 2008, where the GLD-based design and the LDC-based design were unified and the participants agreed to work on a single software framework. The deadline for the submission of LOI, March 31 2009, is quickly approaching and intense work is on-going toward the first draft to be presented at this workshop. We will review the status of each section, and plan for the timely completion of the ILD LOI.
