For the sessions, two rooms will be available: - LLR conference room (morning + physics session of the afternoon): Laboratories, 2nd floor Aisle 4 - Petite Classe 21 (electronics session): Western side (aka. labs) of central building 13 on map http://www.polytechnique.fr/images/campus/plan_ecole.pdf Lunch tickets will be available at ~10 Euros. The "salle Detoeuf" in the restaurant at polytechnique has seats reserved for us. For dinner, the restaurant at Polytechnique is open from 6pm till 7pm and there are some restaurants relatively close to Ecole Polytechnique, and of course many in Paris city centre.
