On Thursday, we will meet in the LLR conference room starting at 11am around a coffee. For the sessions, two rooms will be available:
- LLR conference room (physics sessions): Laboratories, 2nd floor Aisle 4
- amphitheatre Andre Lagarrigue (technical sessions): Southern "Amphis" extension of central building 13 on map http://www.polytechnique.fr/images/campus/plan_ecole.pdf
On Friday, we will meet in the LLR conference room starting at 8am. For the sessions, two rooms will be available:
- LLR conference room (morning + physics session of the afternoon): Laboratories, 2nd floor Aisle 4
- Petite Classe 21 (electronics session): Western side (aka. labs) of central building 13 on map http://www.polytechnique.fr/images/campus/plan_ecole.pdf
Lunch tickets will be available at ~10 Euros. The "salle Detoeuf" in the restaurant at polytechnique has seats reserved for us.
For dinner, the restaurant at Polytechnique is open from 6pm till 7pm and there are some restaurants relatively close to Ecole Polytechnique, and of course many in Paris city centre. Some nearby suggestions:
- Pizzeria Luna Rosa, just in front of Le Guichet RER station
- Le Gramophone, 27 Boulevard Dubreuil, Orsay
- La Grange de la Vallée, 1 Avenue du Général Leclerc, Palaiseau
