Technical Area Groups: status and planning
The following brief reports should touch on the following:
      1. Status of published R&D goals/milestones - in particular those milestones that are known to be delayed, especially if beyond 2012
      2. Status of design work (assumed SB2009-like): documentation, lattices etc.
      3. Possible design and cost scope for TDP-2 (known available resources etc.)
As we have many reports, please keep these as short as possible, highlighting only the major issues. These reports should focus on TDP-2 planning, and should not be R&D updates
