Monthly CFS / Global meeting The agenda will include a PM report and a short CFS report; the main focus will be on Global Systems – FLASH 9mA work. The PM report will cover the recently written request from GDE to ILCSC to consider ILC organization and work post 2012. This important letter is attached. Please read it carefully. You are free to circulate it – but please bring questions to the meeting on Wednesday. The first 1 ½ pages describe our suggested mandate – this is the part I will emphasize in my report. 0) PM report 1) CFS report – preparation for Granada, KEK and Desy 2) FLASH – 9mA (report from the workshop, plans for 2012, etc.)
