The purpose of the meeting is to review the TDR. We recently received our first critical review of the ‘July TDR snapshot’ – given by Barry’s Executive Committee – and we are ready to more narrowly define milestones to work toward in the coming weeks and months. Please be prepared to talk about your section.
The linkage between TDR 1 and TDR 2 rests in large part on the results of the TDP R & D and conclusions drawn from these results. The Baseline Technical Review reports list these – and the TDR 1 text must describe and support them. The TDR2 text should reference TDR 1.
We will also talk about the ‘ILC upgrades and staging’.
Finally, we will review the status of the TDR and plans leading up to LCWS12 in Arlington, Texas.
