The workshop room is the seminar room, 1st floor, "San-go-kan" Bldg., which is K03 in the KEK Tsukuba Campus Map, http://rso.kek.jp/Map/pdf/kek_map.pdf
The public lecture is held at so-"Kobayashi Hall", which is the lecture hall, M01 in the KEK map.
The banquet is held at the second floor of "Shokuin-Kaikan", N07 in the KEK map.
