Dirk Krücker: Coupler Wakefield and RF Kick
Dirk Kruker reported on Cpupler RF kicks and Coupler wake. Two coupler configurations (old and new) are compared. Cpupler wake of the old one causes big emittance growth but new one has very small effect. On the other hand, Cpupler RF kick of the old one is very small but new one causes some emittance growth. It looks the model of the Coupler RF kick is well understood but existing cpupler wake model may not be in suitable form for simulations.(?) Andrea Latina will report his studies on Coupler kicks in the next meeting.
