We have reserved several rooms in the hotels that are well-located (some of them are rather close to
the IFJ PAN) and reasonably priced. But the period of reservation is of course limited and depend on
the particular hotel. The reservation in the Polonia Hotel expires on 22th August, in Hotel Polski on 4th September, in the Ibis Budget Hotel on 7th September and in the other hotels about two weeks prior to the meeting. After these dates official reservation will be closed but there is still the possibility to book rooms
in the hotels as long as free rooms are available.
Please book a room personally by contacting the selected hotel and adding the keyword 'ILD2013'
in the reservation form.
You can find below our proposals which include rooms in the vicinity of the IFJ PAN and in the centre of
Cracow. In particular we recommend Olimp Hostel which is located near the Institute and reasonably priced.
1. Ibis Budget Hotel
Address: Armii Krajowej 11a
In this hotel 30 rooms are reserved. The price per night is about 30 EUR without breakfast or 35 EUR
with breakfast. Parking fee is about 4.5 EUR per 24 hours. To make your reservation in this hotel
please send an e-mail to the following address: h6605@accor.com, specifying number of rooms,
the expected period of your stay at the hotel and put the keyword 'ILD2013'. The official reservation

2. Olimp Hostel

There are reserved 20 rooms, but after September 13 the number of available rooms will decrease to 10.
The price per night is about 20 - 30 EUR (depending on the type of room). To reserve a room in the hotel please send an e-mail to the address: rezerwacje@taniehostele.pl, specifying number of rooms, the expected period of your stay at the hotel and put the keyword 'ILD2013'. 3. IFJ PAN Guest Rooms

4. Floryan Hotel
Address: Florianska 38
For those people who prefer to stay in the very heart of the city we reserved 7 rooms in the Floryan Hotel.
This hotel is in walking distance from the Main Square (5 min). The price is about 100 EUR per night. Breakfast is included in the room price. When you book room in this hotel you need to include the number of reservation: 625.
5. Hotel Polski

This hotel is also located in the city center. We reserved there 3 rooms. The price is about 70 EUR with breakfast included. For more information please go to the web page.

6. Polonia Hotel

7. Logos Hotel

In this hotel, which is located near the city center, 2 rooms are reserved. The price per night is about 90 EUR. Breakfast is included in the room price. 8.Musical Krakow Apartments
Still there is a number of rooms and apartments (~ 5) that can be booked. As the official reservation expired
a few day ago this number can change systematically. The price is about 30 EUR per night. Two places with these rooms are available:
