Participants are asked to arrange their own accommodation for the meeting. There are several options available.
1. McGill affiliated hotels:
McGill university has several affiliated hotels which give guests of the University access to accommodation at a special reduced rate. The following links contain all necessary information regarding these hotels.
McGill Hotels: Please click the link to view a list of McGill affiliated hotels with their associated promotion codes. We recommend the hotels listed in the "Downtown" section for consideration as they are the closest in proximity to the venue.
2. Other hotels:
Participants may also book their accommodation through travel websites such as Expedia.ca or Booking.com, in which case a wider selection of hotels may be available.

3. AirBnB:
A popular form of accommodation in North America, Airbnb is an online service that connects people who are looking to rent out their homes or apartments with people who are looking for accommodation in the area. It is often possible to book this option at a lower rate than a hotel room.
