Registration to the meeting has two steps:

Standard registration through Indico here below.

Payment: the registration fee is 180 CAD, to which a 2.3% Canadian tax must be added. It can only be paid by credit card. The payment page is accessible through the link left in the main menu. An account has to be created first on the ConfTool page.
The registration deadline (for both steps) is February 23rd in order to finalize all catering and other arrangements.
If you require an invitation letter please contact the organizers, provide your full address and let them know if an original paper copy should be airmailed.
